  1. As I looked at what Warren Wiersbe said about Psalm 136, his outline is what I followed as I wrote “my Ps. 136”. If you get a chance, read what he has to say about this psalm and how he relates it to believers today. Fascinating!
    His outline is:
The Creator – He brings forth (1-9)
The Redeemer – He brings us out (10-12)
The Shepherd – He brings us through (13-16)
The Conqueror – He brings us in (17-22)
The Deliverer – He brings us back (23-25)

    Eleanor’s Psalm 136
Give thanks to The Lord, for He is good,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
To Him who chose to create me, My Creator,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
To Him who brought me out of the domain of darkness into His light, My Redeemer,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
To Him who guides me through each day, My Shepherd,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
To Him who brought me into His Kingdom through my faith in Christ, My Conqueror,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
To Him who brings me back when I stray from living for Him, My Deliverer,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.
Give thanks to the God of heaven,
For His loving kindness is everlasting.

    1. Eleanor, thanks for sharing the Wiersbe outline. It is wonderful! And I love your Psalm 136 prayer! Thanks for your insights and dedication to this study.
